"Sho'our" Program Launched to Promote Self-Confidence and Explore the Connection Between Self-Image and Hair Care

"Sho'our" Program Launched to Promote Self-Confidence and Explore the Connection Between Self-Image and Hair Care

A new personal development program titled "Sho'our" (Feeling) has been launched to help participants explore the relationship between self-image, self-confidence, and hair care through guided meditation and self-development practices.

The program is based on the idea that, for many people, hair represents an important part of personal identity and self-expression, and that experiences such as criticism, comparison, or bullying may influence self-confidence and perceptions of physical appearance.

The program covers several key topics, including:

  • Exploring how personal experiences and social messages shape self-image related to hair.

  • Understanding the relationship between personal identity and confidence in one's appearance.

  • Reflecting on the impact of emotions such as fear, shame, or low self-esteem on self-perception.

  • Using guided meditation and reflective exercises to encourage greater self-awareness and self-acceptance.

  • Developing a healthier and more balanced relationship with personal appearance.

The program aims to support participants in strengthening self-confidence, improving self-esteem, and cultivating a more positive relationship with their appearance through personal growth and self-awareness practices.

The course is open to both women and men who wish to deepen their self-awareness and build greater confidence in themselves.
