A training workshop was held in the city of Latakia – Syrian Arab Republic, within community development programs, with the participation of Coach Nour Ghadeer, aiming to enhance individual and community awareness and develop participants’ personal skills.

The workshop included a set of training modules focused on self-awareness development, improving effective communication skills, supporting psychological and social balance, in addition to strengthening concepts of personal development and setting realistic, achievable goals.

The workshop witnessed positive interaction from participants, where practical activities and interactive sessions were conducted, contributing to enhancing self-awareness, conscious thinking, and decision-making skills.

Coach Nour Ghadeer emphasized during her participation the importance of self-development as a fundamental approach to building a more aware and balanced society, with a focus on practical tools that help individuals improve their quality of life.
