In this article, I focus on the importance of understanding the self and recognizing internal emotions as the first step toward full psychological balance. Many individuals face daily pressures that affect their mental health, often due to a lack of awareness of the internal factors influencing their decisions and behaviors. By understanding oneself, a person can recognize emotions, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop practical strategies to manage stress.
I share practical techniques based on Jungian psychoanalysis and transformational coaching, such as reflective journaling, self-reflection exercises, and emotion recognition practices, to apply in daily life. I also highlight success stories of individuals who, through these methods, improved social relationships, enhanced decision-making skills, and achieved tangible results in both personal and professional life. Psychological change is not an instantaneous event but a continuous journey that requires conscious practice and daily commitment, with self-awareness being the key to this transformation.
