One of the most important skills architects should develop at the beginning of their professional journey is the ability to read and analyze architectural projects in depth. An architectural project is not just a set of drawings and plans; it is a complete system of ideas, spatial relationships, and functional elements.

When we analyze an architectural project, we try to understand the designer’s thinking process, how the site was approached, how movement within the building was organized, and how different spaces relate to one another. This process allows architects and students to gain indirect experience by studying successful projects and identifying their strengths.

Through the training programs I deliver, I always encourage participants to look at architectural projects with a critical and analytical perspective, because this skill helps them refine their design approach and make better decisions in their future projects.
