There are many branches when we speak about love. Even if we wrote an entire book about it, we would not encompass all aspects of this magnificent world. However, there are three fundamental branches of love we will discuss here—briefly.

1. The love you encounter for the first time in your life
   This is when you fall in love with someone. The world becomes confused, laws bend, and reality gains a different meaning and flavor. This type of love is mixed with pain, suffering, separation, pleasure, beauty, and fusion. It is a blend of several elements—among them the passion of fire and the depth and containment of water.

2. The love that comes when the created falls in love with the Creator
   Here, one dissolves into divine love. The fortunate one then sees all beings as beloved, and the heart becomes a home for all creatures. The person lives in peace and a state of inner sovereignty, rising above earthly and material conflicts. Paradise manifests in the heart. This state comes for a time—then leaves—so the person feels as though their soul has been lost. This is a hidden test.

3. The love of the one who becomes “knowing”
   This person understands the shifts of destiny and the fluctuations of hearts. They do not seek themselves in others. They do not search for love, because they know the entire universe is love—and that they themselves are a source of it. They love with understanding. They know the mind has a role, and the heart has a role.

Thus, love heals and carries cosmic qualities:

• When understanding comes first.

• When its bearer is strong, having passed through a series of awakenings and psychological and spiritual stages.

• When one understands their dark side—and the dark side of the universe.

• Love heals when you first feel pain and realize you must introduce mercy into your heart.

Love comes to show the human being that they are a drop in the ocean of this world, controlling only simple matters. It shows them a spark of the love between the Creator and the created—and allows them to discover a fragment of their own truth.

Everything I speak about in my articles comes from my personal experiences. Some speak of love without truly knowing what love is, or they remain stuck in earthly types or primitive levels and believe it to be true love. I speak about this because some were sensitive to the topic of love I discussed previously, without realizing that I was addressing the dark use of love, not love itself.
